General Terms

This document forms a legal agreement between the kk555 platform ("platform", "website", "we") and its users ("you", "member"). These terms take effect when you first use the platform or create an account.

These terms are drafted for users in Bangladesh. All services, games, betting options and financial transactions on kk555 are governed by these terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 One Person, One Account

Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts and their balances being forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to notify kk555 promptly of any changes to your information. kk555 reserves the right to close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

• Your name, email address and phone number must be accurate.
• Multiple accounts cannot be operated from the same device, IP address or payment method.
• If identity verification documents are requested, they must be submitted within the specified time.

Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your account.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless you immediately notify kk555 support of any unauthorised access. If you notice suspicious activity, change your password immediately and inform our support team.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The currently accepted payment methods on kk555 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits through any other method are not accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals from verified accounts are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• kk555 reserves the right to hold unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests for review.
• For Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet) users, withdrawals will be sent to the associated mobile number.

4.3 Financial Security

All transactions are secured by SSL encryption. kk555 never sends or receives funds to or from third-party accounts.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to 150% as a welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳14,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If you wish to withdraw your deposited funds while a bonus is active, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each offer may have its own additional conditions, which will be listed on the offer page.
• Bonuses are applicable once only and are limited to one per account.

5.3 Abuse Prevention

If kk555 suspects abuse of the bonus system, it reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary. Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same payment method or device is prohibited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

kk555 believes in fair play. All games are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. Attempting to influence the outcome of any game or using automation is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Bet Validity

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless there is an irregularity due to a technical error. kk555 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the amount in the event of a system error.

6.3 Technical Issues

kk555 is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues. If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue, you are advised to notify the support team.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts under one person's name.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Harvesting bonuses through bots, automated software or strategic abuse.
• Using hacking, phishing or any other fraudulent method.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing, threatening or defrauding other members.
• Using kk555 trademarks or content without permission.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 kk555's Rights

In the event of a breach of these terms, kk555 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. Details regarding the reason for an account suspension can be obtained from the support team.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed, provided no breach of terms has occurred. Contact the support team to set up self-exclusion or responsible gaming limits.

Responsible Gaming
